Terms & Conditions

(Applicable to Room and Pool Packages)

Booking: Reservations can be made through our Facebook page, email, or phone.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Gcash and bank transfers (BDO).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the reservation date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule at least 10 days before your booking date, subject to availability.
Extension: Additional hours beyond your booked time will be charged at ₱1,000 per hour.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in no refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Lagaya Nature Farm will not be held liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure events).

A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 is required upon check-in. This will be returned at check-out after inspection, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations. Any necessary deductions will be taken from the deposit. If costs exceed ₱1,000, the guest agrees to settle the remaining balance before leaving.

Check-in & Check-out:
- Overnight Stay: Check-in at 2:00 PM, Check-out at 12:00 NN. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
- Day Tour: Available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Respect for Property: Guests are expected to keep their rented space clean.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor facilities.

Pool Usage: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Follow pool rules for safety.
Kitchen Usage: Guests using the kitchen must clean up after themselves. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess or damages.
Billiards & Karaoke: Guests must use them responsibly and return items in good condition.

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Lagaya Nature Farm is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Pet Policy:
- Yes, we are pet-friendly.
- Pets must wear diapers at all times.
- No pets on the beds.
- Owners must clean up after their pets to ensure cleanliness.

Damage Responsibility: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages, breakages, or losses caused to the property, facilities, or amenities during their stay.
Lagaya Nature Farm is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay.
